Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Thursday June 13 from 8:00AM – 6:00PM
  • Friday June 14 from 8:00AM – 12:00PM

Exhibit Hall Set-Up:

  • Wednesday June 12 1:00PM – 5:00PM and Thursday June 13 starting at 7:00AM
  • Exhibit Hall Space in on the 1st floor of the KI Convention Center
  • There is an area to unload on Adams Street next to the KI Convention Center. This road runs between the Hampton Inn and the KI Convention Center. Please move your car to the main Hyatt hotel parking lot or the attached parking garage as soon as you are done unloading.
  • The hotel has very limited carts, they recommend that you bring your own cart if that is needed to transport your items from your vehicle.
  • If needed, items can be shipped to the hotel as long as they arrive more than 3 days prior to the event. Items would need to be picked up from the front desk area of the hotel.

Exhibit Hall Booth Information:

  • Each space will be 10×10
  • You will be provided a 8’x30” table, with black table linen
  • Two chairs
  • Wifi is available at up to 2mpbs per device.

Parking:

  • If you are staying at the annual meeting hotel, there is complimentary parking for overnight guests in the main hotel parking lot. The entrance to the hotel parking lot is on Madison Street. There is no entrance into the parking lot from Main Street.
  • Hyatt Hotel Parking Lot allows In and out privileges for overnight guests in the room block. After you have checked in, your room key will work as your in and out parking pass. Please bring in your parking ticket to have it validated for use as an exit pass after check out. There is a gray box below the parking kiosk that you can place your room key in upon leaving.
  • Additional parking is available in the main street parking ramp which is attached via sky walk to the hotel. They charge $1.00 per hour from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Parking is complimentary from 6pm to 6am.
