2023 Program
The Planning Committee is putting together an exciting program for this year’s Annual Meeting. A brief description of the various program components is listed below. Stay tuned for more information!
Technical Program
Sessions
The District solicits transportation professionals to share technical transportation knowledge through 20-30 minute presentations. The program typically has 5-7 technical sessions, including panel sessions, workshops and/or up to 12 individual topics.
Professional Development Hours
Our conference agenda is reviewed and approved by ITE International each year and PDHs can be earned.
Networking Breaks
We understand the importance of catching up with old friends and acquaintances and meeting new contacts. During our technical program, we provide networking breaks each day in addition to the social events described below.
Member Social Events
GLITEy Race – Sunday, June 11, 2023 – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Registration is required with a cost of $10 per person and a waiver will need to be signed. Stay tuned for more details on this fun event!
Welcome Reception – Duck Pin Bowling Open House – Sunday, June 11, 2023 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
The Welcome Reception is open to anyone in attendance and will occur on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Duck Pin Bowling located right at the Amway Grand Plaza. Come join us in kicking off the conference. Light food and cash bar available.
Evening Reception – Dinner at the Museum – Monday, June 12, 2023 – 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
This event provides an opportunity for all attendees to visit the Grand Rapids Museum and enjoy the unique exhibits and a catered meal.
5K Walk/Run – Monday, June 12, 2023 – 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Join us for an early morning run/walk 5K along the Grand River to kickstart your day! Finishers medal and goody bag to all registered participants! View Flyer Here
Exhibit Hall – Monday, June 12, 2023 – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
We are excited to have an exhibit hall on Monday of the annual meeting. There are over 30 companies that will have a table to provide information on their innovative and state-of-the-art products and services! We encourage you to visit the exhibit hall to learn about the latest and most exciting products to further our industry as well as talk with consultants.
